THE ALCHEMY LAB
The Alchemy Lab is a space where we create tools and practices to help clients move through healing by re-connecting with themselves deeply. Since 2016, this space has moved through many iterations to arrive where it is today. It is a testament to the process of Alchemy, we mustn't fear the change, that is where the source of growth lies. We use classes, healing sessions, technology and other tools to help you through your healing process; we guide you towards your empowerment and resources to heal yourself.
CORE WOUNDS
We all have core wounds, irrespective of our upbringing. Starting to heal these starts with you choosing to address and explore them.
BLOCK CLEARING
Various aspects of our lifes, this or others, contribute to blocks appearing in our systems, causing us to sabotage ourselves.
YOUR BEST VERSION
As the saying goes, we want to teach you to fish. We want you to be able to become the best version of yourself and to stay there.

Everything we do is done from the heart space. We prioritise your connection to source and mother earth and for you to maintain your highest possible energy hygiene.
